Massage Therapy
The definition of massage therapy as taught to students of human beings:
“Massage is the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body according to the principles of the anatomy and physiology for the promotion and maintenance of health.”
The above definition holds true for animals. Whether human, canine or equine, the benefits of massage are the same:
Increases circulation
Decreases Tension, reduces muscle spasm and pain
Reduces stress
Helps manage chronic pain
Aids in elimination of toxins
Increases range of motion and flexibility
Improves athletic performance
Massage is used pre and post athletic events, as an aid to rehabilitation, to help alleviate pain and stiffness… and it feels so good!
Specific Frequency Laser
Safe, non-Invasive, powerful
How the Laser Works:
When laser light penetrates the skin, it contacts the mitochondria of the cells. Mitochondria produce the cells’ main energy molecule, ATP. The light contacting the mitochondria causes it to get excited with energy and pass that energy onto other cells, creating a cascade of communication throughout the system directing all aspects of healing, growth, metabolism regulation, and cell survival. The laser triggers the chemical responce that effects communication to, and change in, the tissues.
Because distinct types of cells communicate with both each other and other types of cells, they use different frequencies for different communications. Specific frequency lasers are able to “speak” to specific cells with specific frequencies, thereby emulating the exact methodology cells use to heal themselves.
The laser is the trigger; the body does the healing.
Specific frequency laser combines well with acupuncture, massage and homeopathy. It is safe, non-invasive, but a powerful stand alone modality that has successfully addressed both acute and chronic conditions. Cold laser has a cumulative effect and ideally is done in a series of treatments even though the results may be seen after one or two treatments. The goal is restoration of cell function and prevention of future problems.
